This policy explains how SIA "PHARMAMAX" (“Pharmamax”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller for that data.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect the name, work email address, company name where given, and the details of the product you are asking about. We record the time you confirmed your consent.
We do not collect payment details through this site, and we do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your request and, where a business relationship follows, to carry out the resulting order. The legal basis is your consent, and the performance of a contract once one exists.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Where an order results, transaction records are kept for the period required by Latvian accounting and pharmaceutical distribution law.
Who sees it
Your request is handled by Pharmamax staff. It is stored on servers within the European Union and is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. Where a supplier must be contacted to source a product, we share only the product details — never your contact data without asking you first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it, where no legal duty requires us to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to info@pharmamax.lv and we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
